ACES stands for The Annual Conference for Engineering Students;

It’s the 1^st student to student conference (started 2005) to be held inside the
Ain Shams Faculty of Engineering for the benefit of engineering students all over Egypt.
We’re the 1^st student activity in any engineering governmental university, and one of the largest & leading student organizations in Egypt.

ACES conference is all about changing an ordinary engineering student to an extraordinary one; we aim to qualify the engineering students with the needs of the market and multinational companies, as a universal standard.

ACES conference isn’t just preparing well equipped engineers,
but also inspiring them to be part of the development cycle by involving them in the responsibilities towards the community.
We’re proud we inspired many other student organizations inside and outside our campus.

Our vision

Establishing a community of knowledgeable Role Models, that Inspires a wide range of potential leaders by what they’ve learnt, with the aim of developing our society.

Recent Achievements

ACES 'Events are held during the year starting with our booths for ACES new academic year launch, and then the welcome ceremony till it ends with our major output, which is the 5 days conference (Opening / 3 days Simulation / Closing).

The conference takes place in the third week of March, it’s held at Nile University.
In between lies some events we organize, as for example, last year events :

• ACES - Microsoft festival, we organized Windows 7 exclusive launch by Microsoft Corporate, inside Faculty of Engineering (ASU).
• ACES - Vodafone Open Session "Technology Community".
• ACES - Raya Open session “Importance and Role of Ethical Hacking in Egypt".
• ACES career’s week in cooperation with Ericsson, Nile University and G-Seven.
• ACES participation in Sawy Culture wheel second job fair.
