A Recruitment of new members for Research and Development -R&D- committee.

Job descriptions:

R&D committee are responsible for:
1- Handing over:
- Generating Committees operation manual.
- Study processes of each committee.
- Finding defects and process wastes.
- Eliminate wastes and defects through generating recommendations to modify processes.


2- Quality Control:
- Planning assistance for each project and event in ACES.
- Eliminate wastes from events and projects plans.
- Use quality tools to improve these plans.
- Generating performance plan of event.


3- Quality Assurance:
- Collecting feedbacks.
- Troubleshooting during events and projects.
- Finding solutions for negative feedbacks.
- Generating development performance plan.
