The conference is a 3-day formal event where all the participants will work on real simulations where they will apply all what they've learnt through the sessions.

A workshop is your opportunity to learn more through discussions, working under stress and stimulating a reality where you'll enjoy working hard and contributing in teams. Thus resulting in self and social development. A workshop is held to introduce a new concept, idea or a plan and where you'll be able to communicate with more than 300 participants and have the support of 24 moderators.
